A G+2 family residence at Nagori Gate, Jodhpur — built by us from foundation to finishing, with a classic Jodhpur sandstone façade, fluted balconies and arched windows.
Project overview
Kailash Kutir is a G+2 family residence in the busy Nagori Gate area of Jodhpur, built by Ayesha Enterprises as one complete job — from digging the foundation (neev) to the final finishing.
The work covered excavation and foundation, the full RCC frame with columns, beams and roof slabs, brick masonry and plaster, and the traditional Jodhpur sandstone façade — fluted balconies, stone pillars, arched windows and decorative cornices that give the house its classic Marwari look. The roof slabs were cast on site with a mixer and hoist, right inside a narrow old-city lane, under our daily supervision.
Inside, the work continued with flooring, tiles and finishing, so the family could move into a strong and beautiful home built to last for generations.
